Syntax error in program "SAPLSCWC " during import SAP NOTE 633725 SAP Solution Manager 7.1 basic functions

Hi experts,

during the configuration of Solution manager 7.1 system preparation --> apply SAP note (0001633725 SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SP4 - basic functions) &  facing the error "Syntax error in program "SAPLSCWC ".

Hi all,

before apply  1633725 

Note this note i imported this note 875986  but its imported successfully and " 0001627683 SCWB/SNOTE/SPAU: Changed development package" showing inconsistent.

Apply 875986 with it's latest version correctly as per the note 875986 - Note Assistant: Important notes for SAP_BASIS up to 702

i already applied 875986  but during importing new note throwing the same syntex_error

if you have v103 applied then their is no need apply snote note
