I hope you intend to ask the possibility of changing Unit of Measurement and NOT the quantity as mentioned. If so, you can search in Google on how to change the unit of measurement which of course, would have discussed in general. Since your requirement is to change in billing document, I presume, this would be fetched to output in which case, without touching the existing configuration, why dont you consider to customize your existing Smartform for billing output where your technical team can add the required coding.
