Hi all, i customize Service Desk for our needs.
We want that all new message is been processed by dispatcher. I copy for it navigation role SOLMANDISP but in block "My message-for dispatching" i do not see all incidents only which is assigned to me. How can i fix it? i gave for dispatcher SAP_ALL, but still do not work.

try to assign for Dispatcher user this roles:
Additionally u can add in Parameters (SU01) this value: CRM_UI_PROFILE ='SOLMANDSPTCH'.
