ITSM role for Dispatcher

Hi all, i customize Service Desk for our needs.

We want that all new message is been processed by dispatcher. I copy for it navigation role SOLMANDISP but in block "My message-for dispatching" i do not see all incidents only which is assigned to me. How can i fix it?  i gave for dispatcher SAP_ALL, but still do not work.

Hello Anton,

try to assign for Dispatcher user this roles:

  • SAP_SM_CRM_UIU_SOLMANDSPTCH,
  • SAP_SM_CRM_UIU_SOLMANPRO_PROC,
  • SAP_SUPPDESK_DISPATCH.

Additionally u can add in Parameters (SU01) this value: CRM_UI_PROFILE ='SOLMANDSPTCH'.

Thanx for advice, problem resolved after rebooting of Solman.
