complete stock removal doubt (high rack storage type)

Dear Expertl

I made the GRN for 10 qty after d TO creation& confirmation which is available in Bin 03-01-03.

I issued material 3 qty to cost center (201 Mvt type). But while create TO, which create for 10 qty ( not for 10 qty). This happening why?

But stock which shows 7 qty (mmbe). Where as in Bin (LX01) shows no quanity.  How to overcome this difference. Please suggest?

Since full stock reml req act. is active system is transferring the full Quant(10)  from source bin (03-01-03) to destination bin (cost_01) regardless the requirement quantity (3) , Please check the stock of storage bin Cost_01 you will find the excess stock 7 there

yes correct 7 qty is at the bin Cost_01.

1) what is the meaning if negative quatity is there in bin Cost_01?

2) next what should do?

3) whether should bring the 7 qty stock from Cost_01 storage bin to 03-01-03 ?

1) what is the meaning if negative quatity is there in bin Cost_01? - There can be multiple reason for negative stock, if you can share the transfer order detail of Storage type 911 / storage bin Cost_01 then we can suggest what is the exact reason for negative stock

2) next what should do? - you are the right person to decide you want to take back the stock from storage type 911 to storage type 001 or you want to perform some other process on that stock

3) whether should bring the 7 qty stock from Cost_01 storage bin to 03-01-03 ? - To bring the stock back from 911 / Cost_01 to 001 / 03-01-03 then you can use transaction LT10 transaction to take back the full stock if you want to bring back the partial stock then use transaction LT01
