Hello Experts,

I have OS windows 2003 server in external hard disk. I installed SAP ECC 6.0 IDES long back,it was working well. But suddenly the following Problem raised,

In SAP R3 Management Console Root , its displaying,

1) Message Server is Running,

2) Dispatcher is Stopped,

3) IGS Watch Dog is Running.

The SAP Logon Description is:

Component : NI (Network Interface)

Return Code : -10

System Call : Connect

Error No : 10061

Error Text : WSAECONNREFUSED: Connection Refused

Whenever I am going to start sapgui to saplogon then the following Error message is coming without starting the application server.

Hi Sagar,

Check the Network Connectivity, If your not connecting to Network, then preferably you should use Loop back Adapter to delude the server.

Try to ping to the system.

Follow the path and check the log file for any Hunch.

      \usr\sap\<SID>\DVEBMGS00\work - dev_w0 ( log-file )

In the attached Screenshot, try to search using this as keyword and you might get possible solutions how to resolve.

Hi,

you have to start the Dispatcher. It is the Interface between SAP GU and DISP+WORK processes.

The GUI can not be reached the Disp+Work processes beacuse the Dispatcher is stopped.

And as Jew already said you should update the GUI to Version 730

The DEV_disp log says at the last but one line: "DPSTOP". It means: Dispatcher stop.

Sorry for my bad english. I'm from Germany.

As a side issue,you should not be using 7.10 gui anymore, it's out of support for more than 3 years now.

I don't have access SAP Service Marketplace and having this problem in IDES ECC 6.0.

I've installed it one year back in my external hard disk which OS is 2003.

Hi Sagar,

You make sure the Disp+Work should up i.e ( Should be in Running State )

Check the Listener status , SAPOSCOL  service status, these should be working before start database and instance.

   If you right click on the Disp+work you will be a list, select the first Developer trace, There you can observe what went wrong. There after check for Start Up Parameters.

According to your logon pad Error message : please check the attached Screenshot, it might work for you, but not the exact solution for your situation.

Take it as a reference.
