HTTP connectivity

Hi All,

Version: PI 7.31.

We have an Idoc - SOAP(HTTP) scenario. As per the message log and processing details in communication channel, the message status is set to DLVD.I am attaching the screenshots as well.But the target system is unable to check those messages. What exactly could be the issue here? Please advice

Hi Vishal,

you can check with the team who is responsible for the receiver team whether the URL in the receiver channel is correct and the firewall between PI and receiver is enabled.

Hi Vishal,

Just to confirm the network connectivity, can you do the following and check:

1. Ping Channel status of the HTTP receiver from Channel Monitoring

2. Try launching the http URL provided in your PI system environment (in IE)

Hi Vishal,

from my point of view, it is an issue for the receiver system since PI has marked the message as successful. Additionally the URL is correct and firewall is enabled. So I guess there is nothing you can do from PI side to solve this issue.

Hello Vishal ,

As per the logs everytign seems to be fine. The problem seems to be witht hte third party or the network in between.

However you can check if any logs are there in NWA for the duration.
