milestone not able to trigger the mail to respective mail id

I am facing a problem where i am not able to get mail triggering functionality from milestone once i confirm the activity, can some one help me on this?

Hi,

Please explain,,which mail ID are you expecting the mail to?

And Please mention the steps completed.

The functional flow of the process is; there is an activity with a milestone, once user confirm the activity milestone should trigger an e-mail to respective mail id.

The functionality was working fine before, now it is not working..

Hi,

Can you please send the screen print of the transaction SWETYPV and Object Type MLST_NETW And Event Started? If possible then and Now for comparison. (Selection-All Changed Entries)

Hi Manish,

Functionality was working before and now not working ... Does it mean if there has been any changes related to this functionality moved in the system.... Please try checking same in Test & Production system.

Also check if there has been any changes done in email id for specific responsible persons. You can involve Security / Workflow team to check this.
