No possibility to download sap ui5 ?  We have on sap instance sap ui5 version 1.18.1. How developer have to work locally ? With open ui5 library in version 1.18.1 ?

Please see note 1953889 at http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1953889, this will give you version 1.18.3.  It contains direct links to the download.  You can also go to service.sap.com and search for “SAPUI5 TOOLS IDE PLUGIN 1.00” & “SAPUI5 TEAM PROV IDE 1.00” to find the different versions.

I have downloaded "SAPUI5 TOOLS IDE PLUGIN 1.00"

There is no .js files, only jar.

My goal was to download ui5 library.

Do we have a good understanding ?

Not sure what else you are looking for.  If you go and look at the plugins directory, yes you will see .jar files.  But contained within those are the library .js files.  Install this plugin into eclipse and then you can create a SAPUI5 project and the library files will be copied into your project.
