Hi All,
We used different process to complete the PGI in the Outbound Delivery.
1. Manual PGI
2. Throuogh IDocs
3. Through Shipment completion (Controlled by activity profiles)
Now, once the PGI is done, is it possible to identify how does the PGI completed.
Is there any table to track these details.
Please clarify.

Raja Durai
Please elaborate how the third process listed above is being executed. Like through which tcode, it is processed?

Hi Lakshmipathi,
Third one is, we are doing PGI through Shipment (VT01N).
While click on "Shipment completion" button, PGI will be done on the Delivery.
This is controlled by Activity Profiles. Please find the SPRO path.
"IMG - Logistics Execution - Transportation - Shipments - Define and Assign Activity Profiles"

Compare the "Created by" field. This should have different value for manual, IDocs etc.

Hi Lakshmipathi,
Thanks for the reply.
As you suggested, if the PGI done through IDoc, we were able to find out by "Created by" field.
But in the other two scenarios, "Created by" field showed our User id only. We can't differentiate the PGI which are done through Manual and Activity profile controlled.
Is there any clue here to find out this.

Table MKPF, Field TCODE2 specifies the transaction that the goods movement was posted through. For example, if you posted GI via VL02n, then you will get a value of VL02n in this field. It might be blank for Idocs though.
MKPF also contains a reference field to the delivery (XBLNR).
