Approve Shopping Cart Fiori App

Hello All,

I am in the process of configuring the Approve Shopping Cart Fiori App. The app is available in the SAP Fiori Logon Pad but however the work items are not visible for approving in the app.

The user for whom the work item should be visible has a work item available for approval as seen in SBWP in SRM. I hope the only configurations from the functional side is to maintain the task type in SAP SRM.

Could anyone please provide any pointers on why the work item is not visible in the logon pad.

The issue is resolved. It was because of the wrong task type maintained in the SRM Configuration.
