Fiori : My Spend Server Error - No Departments Assigned to User

Hi Mausmi,

Could you please support me?

I have the same error with personalisation. It tells: "there are no deparmants assigned to your user"

We actually made the settings for DIA_CCMONITOR. But it doesnt work.

Could you please suggest smth?

Ok could you please check your rfc connection between backend and gw ? It should be current user..and not the hardcoded user

Controlling area and Cost center group cannot be same. You have to create cost center group, which will contain series of cost centers.

Hi,

The cost center group is configured in transaction KSH3. Where you enter your Controlling area (the org unit)

Once you enter controlling area, you will be taken to next screen, where you have to create a custom cost center group which will consist of Cost centers.

Say : (Create a hierarchy)

ZCCGroup.(TESTM below in screenshot)

--- Cost center 1

--- Cost center 2

--- Cost center 3.

So in personalization dialog screen : you will enter : Controlling area as the one which is configured for your organization. and Cost center group will be ZCCGroup

Should it be only trusted RFC?

: Please go to SM59 and click on your rfc connection. Go to logon settings and check the User. Current user should be checked.

Trusted RFC is recommended, but if trusted rfc doesnt exist, make sure userid with which you login in gw has same password as that of ECC. Else you will face this issue.
