Setting up a SAP JAM connection to S&OP

We are implementing a Test&Demo S&OP under AMAZON cloud. Things went quite OK however we are struggling with SAP JAM connectivity as well as creation of master data type where we cannot select attributes  in list

we use S&OP 3.0 SP02 PL1

Actually the Master data type issue is only appearing on our installation. If I use the sap-education website I dont get the issue. My Chrome ( Version 38.0.2125.104 m). Our installation is SP02 whereas SAP education is SP01.

For the second issue, about SAPJAM, IE does not solve the issue, being on our system or SAP one (see https://sap-education.sop.ondemand.com/sap/sop/ui/login.htmlhttps://sap-education.sop.ondemand.com/sap/sop/ui/login.htmlsap-education...). Likely something related to the Oauth SAPJAM. How can I get the admin_id of SAPJAM for my company DOWAP.

By the way after couple attempts around SAPJAM, we succeeded however using the SAPJAM demo account. Does this means we need to get a company SAPJAM connection? How to?

You will have to contact your SAP AE to see how you can get company SAP JAM tenant.

He will help you with that.

Check the installation guide chapter 5.2 for JAM integration setup: http://help.sap.com/download/sop/sop302_install_en.pdf.

Are you using google chrome rev38 for the attribute selection? If yes, please try with IE too and see if the same error is encountered.
