Dears,
I'm in the process of creating User Defaults BRF+ to validate two fields to get the User group.
When I try and copy the standard User Default BRF(80E0ED08B0561DDFA5ADCADA787E1EDA) and create a custom one to add a decision table, i'm getting the below error.
Element 'User Default ID' (ID B6233C9F4C0B1EE4958EC53B312D0CD4) has not been saved to the database yet
Hi J,

Hi J,
This error might be due to the inconsistencies in the BRF+ application rule ID which got copied from 000 client to your current customization client, at the time of client copy/creation.
I would suggest you to restore the original one from 000 client.
You might need to refer below mentioned KBA's:
http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1874401
http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1637515
Once you successfully copy the original rule ID, the you can refer to the documented link on how to configure User Defaults, as mentioned by Madhu.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Ameet
