Install EHP7 RC 1 for SAP ERP 6.0 problem start instance ASCS01.

Dear all,

Installation hangs at the stage of start-instance ASCS01.

Installation is not interrupted, without error.

Further nothing moves.

In the last line of the console, we can see:

INFO      2014-10-14 18:30:28.540

          CJSlibModule::writeInfo_impl()

Output of /usr/sap/KRR/ASCS01/exe/sapcontrol -prot NI_HTTP -nr 01 -function Start is written to the logfile sapcontrol_KRR_ASCS01.log.

Could anyone help to solve this issue.

Add parameter service/protectedwebmethods = NONE in ASCS profile and try again.

Thanks for the tip, unfortunately nothing has changed after the parameters have been prescribed.

Before changing any parameters c<n you do a manual restart of the SAP system and review the logs present at /usr/sap/KRR/ASCS01/work and /usr/sap/KRR/DVEBMGS00/work directories.

Put files in the folder work.

Did not find anything suspicious in them.
