Need Help: Log is not appearing in text assignment block

Hi All,

We are running Solman 7.1 SP11. We are about to roll out the ChaRM project.

I had been doing testing for Normal Change in ChaRM and when I create an extended scope (Urgent Change) the text log disappeared.

It was working fine in the development environment. Are there anywhere I can go to check the settings or configuration?

Make sure you Text procedure is maintained in Config :

Yes, the text procedure was empty.

The changes had been made and we are waiting for the changes to be transported to production.

Hi,

I didnt understood from your screen, you can always expand the Text block, by clicking the Rectangle icon.

please check.

Thanks for your reply.

The text log still does not appear after expanding the triangle.

Anyhow as Jignesh replied below, the reason is because the text procedure was not maintained.
