Runtime error CL_FPM_TREE_RENDERING - charge calculation & freight settlement

Hi Experts,

I am facing an issue related to viewing the charges and freight settlement document in NWBC. The issues are as follows :

1. I run calculate charges function which gives a message that "Charge calculation successful" but as soon as I go into the freight order and try to view the charges tab, it gives an internal server error. (The screen shots are appended herewith)

2. Similarly when I go to freight order and as a follow up document I try to create freight settlement document, but same issue persists in this case as well.  (The screen shots are appended herewith)

Kindly help me in this regard.

Dear Ankur,

As a try, i would ask following things to do.

1. Try to perform the same steps while opening the application in IE and NWBC. Check if it works in either of these.

2.go to ST22 tcode and open the dump and navigate to Active calls/Events. Check if you find any standard '/SCMTMS'' or your custom code. So that you can debug.

3. Check if any personalization/customizing is done to the Charges tree table

If you still can not identify yourself.

Let me know the steps you have performed to replicate the dump.

It seems that there were some issues with the support package version. Updated the same and it seems to work fine now.
