Anyway to add voice over the steps? Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Richie,

In VEA scene tree you can click with right mouse button and you can load f.e. a mp3 file with the voice recorded. In the step enter with right mouse click in properties and then in advanced tab. Here you have the drop list "media to play". You can select the mp3 and in this case when you active the step you have the mp3 reproduced in the step.

I am running version 7.0.2.65 and the option is greyed out for me. Does the mp3 have to be in a specific folder for it to be ungreyed or is there a option that needs to be selected?

This feature run from old DE version. In the media folder in scene tree with Right mouse button you can load the audio file. After this loading you can see the media to play and select the audio file.
