Olá,

Estamos enfrentando problemas se um lote NFE é transmitida e há problemas de comunicação apresentados como uma luz vermelha no monitor. Uma vez que os problemas de comunicação esclarecer o estado do monitor mostra que a NFe é armazenado e assinada com sucesso (luzes verdes), mas também mostra que o lote está à espera de uma resposta (luz amarela). Nossa expectativa é de que tudo deve ter luzes verdes no monitor neste momento. Estamos em NFE 3.10 e usando cenários AEX no PI. Alguém já experimentou este tipo de problema e se assim você tem todas as soluções recomendadas?

We are experiencing issues if a NFE Batch is transmitted and there are communication issues shown as a red light in the monitor.  Once the communication issues clear up the monitor status shows that the NFe is stored and Signed successfully (Green Lights), but it also shows that the batch is waiting for a response (yellow Light).  Our expectation is that everything should have green lights in the monitor at this point.   We are on nfe 3.10 and using AEX scenarios on PI.  Has anyone experienced this type of issue and if so do you have any recomended solutions?
