Hi,

Check in SM59-->ABAP Connections (Type-3) for RFC Destination - CentralMonitoringServer-XIAlerts connection test is working fine or not. It could be a user (PIRWBUSER) issue in this RFC Destination.

Hi Sanjeev,

Can you please do a Authorization Test of this RFC Destination as per the below screen?

Check if the RFC Destination is working fine & User is not locked  or erroring out.

Hi Sanjeev,

Did you try these options?

  1. Try to use report SXMSALERT_LOGREADER to get the error details
  2. Test your alerts using the report RSALERTTEST from Se38
  3. Also run the report RSXMB_ACTIVATE_ICF_SERVICES in XI so as to activate all the ICF services

These are from the link
