How to customize ITSM BW Reporting

Hi Experts,

We have configured ITSM BW Reporting in our solution manager 7.1 SP5 successfully.

I would like to know the way by which we can add our customized filters/items in characteristic specially regarding RFC(Request for Change).

If anybody has done this or know this please let me know entire procedure.

Hi Kamil,

Can you tell me some other way without Lumira means anything like customization on BW info cubes and some other way. I just want to change standard characteristic which are visible by default on BW based reporting screen.

If you are aware please let me know.
