Unable to Update NWDS 7.20 SP09

Hi

I have downloaded the package for NWDS 7.20 SP09 to support some development for a customer at that patch level.  However, when I try to connect to the update site I have encountered the errors listed in this thread and have tried those solutions.  I am connected directly to the internet with NO proxy.  I have been able to get to the policy page in my browser where I am able to log on with my S-User

Is there somewhere I can download a local copy of the files I need and then use the option to install from a file location rather than from a remote site?  I recall this was previously possible but cannot find a place where I can download this now.

for 7.2, i think you can only use online installation....

and "Downloading Distributions -> All Version"

There you can manually download.
