Gui is not getting started bcaz it might got corrupted then you need to uninstall the gui and reinstall will help you to fix the problem
or if you want to start from os level yo can do that also
c:\program files\SAP\frontend\SAPgui\sapgui 00.0.0.00 xx (host ip) (instance NO)

What is the error you getting while installing?
You can install SAPGUI7.3 for windows based os
for linux and Mac OSX you have to download and install SAP GUI for JAVA

You are in the wrong forum. I recommend closing this thread and re-asking the question in , or possibly we can ask a moderator to move it there. Also, you'll need to provide much more information to help people who will try to help you resolve the problem. "Not opening" isn't very descriptive or informative. List the steps you take that result in the error, describe what does happen, and describe what you've done so far to troubleshoot the problem. Also, what environment are you running in, what version and patch level of SAPGUI do you have, etc.
