wrong date profile selected

Hi gurus,

i adjusted sla determination in reference to the documentation. In customizing everything looks like in the documentation.

But in Web-UI it selects date profile SMIN_ITEM instead of my version ZMIN_HEADER.

In Transaction definition of my ZMIN-Transaction ZMIN_HEADER is the defined date profile and in the action profile too.

Does anybody know how to fix this issue.

Hello Christina,

if no data is shown, please change it back to the standard. Why no data is shown if you changed it, I unfortunately do not know so far...I´ll check on this!

Hi Christina,

please go to TX: SPRO --> CRM --> Transactions --> Basic Settings --> Define Item Categories

and check the Entry SMIP if the correct Date Profile is assigned.

Transaction code CRMC_PROCESS_MA

Select your ZMIN-->Service Process

Then you can add your SLA Profile.

I followed your hint. But now no date types were visible in web-UI.

Do you know, what's the reason for that problem?
