Hi Mina,

Check the partner profile with the help of WE20 in child system.

Compare the same from the other system which you have added successfully.

I went to check the partner profile as you mentioned and I followed the instruction mentioned in the following link

when I went to expand the LS, nothing happens, there is not sub-items
