is it possible to link CRM transaction's with DMS

Hi,

I have some customize transaction  in CRM  and i  have to link that transaction with DMS . Is it possible? if yes please share how we can attach document in customize transaction (ZCSQ,ZCSR)

Hi Tiwari,

If you want to attach documents from custom transaction code to external server/content server it is possible through store business objects which is part of service object.  In this case you need to maintain entries at OAC2 and OAC3.

could you please let me know the process how i can manage entries in OAC2 and OAC3

Define your nature of document type  in OAC2 and assign to custom object name( ZCSQ,ZCSR ) with content repository id in OAC3 .

once its done you will find defined document types under store business document. Just follow the steps to attach files from your desktop to content server.
