Countries not founded in the visualize tab

Hi,

I'm working with Lumira 1.19 and I'm having problems when creating a Geography Hierarchy by names on country field.

My problem is that two or the countries are not solved and two of the countries are not founded. The excel used is a sap bw query and I haven't modified the field country.

Can anybody help me?

Can you share screen shots?

If it is unresolved do you mean red?

In this case I would try to use latitude or longitude, or the ESRI integration option

Two are in red and two in yellow.

Is it possible to change country description in the master countries in R/3?

Perhaps it would be easier than use ESRI.

You can change countries in the config but I don't recommend this

You could merge it with a country's longitude and latitude and then map the countries

I haven't tried ESRI myself

Hi,

ESRI will not solve your problem. It is giving us nice maps (good) but not an updated geo database.

Only way would be either to modify in the source or use lat/long as mentioned by Tammy.
