Can't Define Logical Systems and Getting an Error

I'm trying to make CUA, I have clients 100, 200, 300. Client 100 will be the CUA Cental system and 200, 300 will be Child systems. So I went to define them as Logical systems. but I get the below error when I try to save.

FYI I logged in with an Administrator User.

Hi Mina,

Craete a new request as you are using a existing request of client 001.

Dear

check you client through SCC4 and make corrections if they not ok make correction then also not possible then login to 001 and make logical client through BD54

1. Are you getting any error message while creating the logical system? What you are pasted screen shots are just any informations

2. Have you follow the steps which mention in the SCN link  ?

Yes I have done the first step (Making an Administrator). the error appear when I try to do the second step.
