User Access Review - Attachment Report Issue - GRC 10.0

Hi All,

I have setup User Access Review (UAR) in our system and it is working fine. We are on GRC SP13.

Problem is in the Email notifications. In all our Email notifications there is an attachment called GRFN_REPORT.xls which don't have any useful information for the reviewer.

So, we wanted to remove it in the Email templates. Actually it is not there in any notification template but is by default appearing in all templates.

SAP has suggested in a note to delete "ATTACHMENT_REPORT" variable from UAR workflow as per below note:

2032587 - UAR: Removing Attachment from UAR Notification

But when I try to delete the variable "ATTACHMENT_REPORT", system says you should not make changes to SAP entry. I think this is correct, but SAP note says to do the same

Anyone faced same issue.

Hi Madan,

Are you trying to remove this attachment link from the email-notification?

You must remove this from the MSMP worfklow for UAR process ID.

As the steps mentioned in the KBA#2032587

1. Execute transaction GRFNMW_CONFIGURE in expert mode
2. Under "Process Types", highlight entry for SAP_GRAC_USER_ACC_REVIEW
3. Double click on "Maintain Notification Variables" folder
4. Remove variable called ATTACHMENT_REPORT
5. Save.

You must be able to do so, let us know if you face issue.

I deleted it correctly and it is working fine. I just missed clicking ENTER button
