Export/extract the Mask names

Hi Experts,

I have around 14000 records in MDM, where all of these are included in multiple masks.

i need a list of all records with masks list that they are included.

Ex:

Record 1 - mask1
Record 1 - mask2

Record 1 - mask3

Record 2 - mask1

Record 2 - mask3

....

Is it possible to extract the mask names for a record, if so how?

Hi Eva ,

I would suggest you to create syndication maps with the names that you want and put in the same filtering conditions that you have on those masks .

This will make sure that you only have to execute the syndication map and you can get the data as per your expectation.

In the conventional way of exporting from DM to an excel sheet will not get the names .

Hi Eva,

You can export all the records to 5 different Excel sheets and do a comparison between the sheets to identify them. But this will be a time consuming one.

Are the Masks identified on a certain criteria? If so the criteria can be identified and Exported, which will make the job a little easier.

Its not possible to export the Mask name.
