Indirect role assignments to HR positions

Dear

I have been able to map roles to HR positions in my current ECC system, But i would like to know how to map roles which are sitting in APO, BW systems to the same position?

In PFCG screen of APO & BW systems i see a option of Target system (RFC connection) which can be used to push the roles to my ECC system, using which i can bring the roles into my ECC system & map to the corresponding positions.

Is this the correct way of mapping multiple system roles to HR position?

Hi Naveen,

This should be met with BRF+ application along with HR Triggers.

You can create application to assign the roles specific to the positions which you can get from HR system with the help of HR triggers.

my ARM tool is configured to capture the HR trigger & access requests are being generated & processed successfully for ECC system.

Now i would like to cover other SAP systems like BW, APO role mapping to HR positions, So my solution was to bring the roles from other systems to ECC system using Target system parameter in PFCG screen of originating system & when the roles are pushed to ECC system - i have mapped them to the HR position.

Have you tried any other way of provisioning to multiple systems?
