Hi Experts,

Would there be any Std report available where I can pull the following data in one shot.I am thinking of BW report if it can't be achieved by Std reports.

Requirement: The requirement is to pull the following data for all Open Projects. Let’s say 50 open projects so business would like to view the data for the following fields from 1-50 open project like a snapshot of all open projects.

Project ID

Project Description

Project Type

User Status of the Project

Basic Dates

User fields

Person Responsible

Reason for Investment

Scale

Environmental Investment.

Please advise.

Thanks,

Ashley.

Thanks for the solution guys.

I assume that I will be good with CN43N without BW report.Else I can also use SQVI.

Project Type                      PRPS-PRART

User Status of the Project   CNJ_STAT-STTXT_EXT

Hi,

You can find out all detail in one table except "User Status" in PRPS. You can make a query using "SQVI"

Hi Ashley,

Use CN43N - Individual overview of WBS element.

Hope this resolves your query.

Thanks
