are you logged in as a <SID>adm user? You are installing NSP, so it will be nspadm user, which was automatically created in your system.

You have problem with the startup of the instance. Check the logs (dev_w0, dev_ms and dev_disp) located at <Drive>:\usr\sap\NSP\DVEBMGS00\work directory.

Have you tried to start the system manually? And could you provide the last entries in dev_w0 and sapinst_dev.log?
