Specify a valid country indicator with Creating a New User

when i go to create a special user for the implementation of CUA on the central system, I get the below message

"Specify a valid country indicator"

I did that after making local copy of SAP_USER from Client 000 to 3 New Clients (100, 200, 300)

what I sall do to handle the mentioned message

The problem looks like with the company address. The company address is maintained using Tx SUCOMP. More information is available here.

1577054 - SU01| Default address at user creation

Remove the data under the communication section and save the user.

The other option is to create a new user by copying an existing user.

I get the below message which exit me from saving the selected roles. the new user is saved already on the system. the below message appear when adding these roles and try to save.

Check the definition for AENDBELEG in Tx SNRO as suggested in this SAP note 659573 - CD: Number range object/interval AENDBELEG is missing and if it is missing then create it as suggested in this note 576006 - Change document: SEQUENCE invalid - update was terminated

Never faced this issued and never tried it so let me know how it went.
