Error in local message system;

hi SDNs

When I am trying to create support message from help menu I am getting error message like

Error in local message system; message

000000000003 not complete

PLz Can anybody provide me solution

Check the authorization for SOLMAN<SID> in SolMan system.

Hi Padmanabha,

U have to configured the Email Option on our Solution Manager 4.0 SR1 System,

and also Please have a look to note 691303 and to the attatched iTutor in the note.

This will help u to create support desk message from help menu.
