Problem in SLD

Hi

As specified by SLD i am using a single SLD for Quality & Development. When I execute SXMB_IFR transaction from Quality System it opens the Integration repository from Development and not quality.

I am not able to figure out why this is happening. Can anyone please let me know how this can be solved.

you can directly open this page by following path

http://xxxx:port/rep/start/index.jsp

where xxxx is the host name of your XI- QA box

Hi,

this is not an option you need to change settings in DEV box

for SLD config as I said - then it will work for 100%

Hi,

login to xi and use transactions as SXMB_ADM and select the integration engine configuration and their you will find the corresponding integration server their you need to point to the your required server.

Hi,

Can you check which URL is mentioned in SXMB_ADM->configure integration engine.

also you should recheck exchange profile along with host file entry as mentioned in previous post.

One question: is your development and QA installed on same server with same ip?

Hi Sonali,

System Landscape Directory is used as a landscape structure of all the systems.

SLD is configured during installations. This is happening because the URL provided for IR in Quality points to IR of development system.

Contact your basis team and ask them to modify it.

Hi,

Check the correct SLD access data using the TCode sldapicust.

In SLDAPICUST see the details of servers added for both QA,Dev,if not add both servers(all details);for example QUAL is QA, DEVE is for Dev

If you want to call QA //http://qual:port/rep/start/index.jsp,

For Dev call http://qual:port/rep/start/index.jsp, from browser..

I have not tried this .. ,

Hi

The Page opens from sxmb_ifr based on the host file entry which can be found in windows folder/system32/drivers/...

try to add/change the ip address and host name. after that login from qa and check. I think it will work out. Award the points if it is helpful..

Also check RFC destinations of type TCP/IP

1. SAPSLDAPI

2. LCRSAPRFC

They should Point to correct XI server.

Hi,

this means that you didn't change the configuration

of SLD in DEV XI correctly

check out SLD transactions from DEV once more (SLDAPICUST etc)

as per XI installation,configuration guide
