Sampling stock not consumed in WM

Hi Experts,

I have done GR for 10 units for quality inspected material .

Those 10 units are putaway in bin by creating TO .

At UD 7 units were moved to unrestricted area,2 were blocked and 1 unit is consumed as sampling.

But in WM i can see still 10 units,Where as in MM i can see 9 units.

How to correct the stock in WM ?

What movements (movement types) do you see in MM for this case?

Do they all have a WM tab?

If you want help, then you should try to give better information.

You did not answer the second question.

And you could have mentioned the quantity to each of this movements.

321 is quality to unrestricted

331 is goods issue sample

So this means you do not even see the Quality to blocked stock movement.

This is already a variation to your described problem.

and the WM tab in the movement should give you numbers e.g. for Transfer requirement or transfer order or posting change notice.  With these numbers you can lookup the data in WM and can see  its status and what they did.

I can see one sampling qty at 917 storage type,now how to consume it at WM so that stock at WM will match to MM.

You did not answer my questions. Without a clear understanding of the situation any answer is just an assumption and may even be more wrong than right.

If you could then please add screenshots from LS26 stock overview and from the MM movement detail WM tab

Hi Jurgen,

I have the below query :

I have received 10 units in warehouse with Q status.

After that QA32 has been done and following action has taken :

7 units - moved to unrestricted

2 units - blocked

1 unit  - consumed as sampling

Now when i check MMBE i can see 9 units( 7 UN and 2 S)

But when i check LU04 i can see only two PCN [ 7(Qi to Un) and 2(Qi to S) ].

My question is how to handle 1 sampling process(331) in WM.

What do we basically link IM 331 mov type to WM mov type ?

I mean is there any need to link IM Sampling(331) process to WM ?
