Dear All,

Is it possible to Create Multiple Reservations Under a Network Activity?

In CJ20N when I am creating the reservations, by default all the material reservations are stored in the same reservation number.

What I want is to create new reservation number fro each material.

Is it possible through the some standard functionality?

Hi,

don't know the business requirement at your end but sap prospective you can achieve this by OPUV transaction as above suggested also.

Impact : it will create lots of reservation numbers so may be tracking issue populate in future.

Please check the business requirement,

presently you are going to change the Configuration for network profile.

when initially it was configured ,what was the requirement.

For having separate reservation number every time just uncheck the collective indicator tab in network type parameters, which you are using,for your project.

Yes, go to OPUV and set the indicator of "Collective Requisition". It will generate separate PR/Res No for each material component.

Go to OPUV transaction, open the network type

Here you have Collective requisition, see whether you have checked it.

If you do not set this indicator then a separate purchase requisition is created for every externally processed operation or non-stock component

Pl. Note : Mainly if you choose individual PR for each external activity, you might end up with 'n' no of PR's for a shutdown project.
