Hi all,
I am developing a customized key figure which is typical business specific, which is not availbale from the stanadard list of KPIs for anytics purpose in BP Monitoring. And for the same I am following the document as given in the below link. But I did not understand the mapping part for the postprocessor. I want to know more about this post processrors. And especially how to map different fields to the postprocessors for which data is being copied into the infocube and the results is shown in the BPMon Analytics for Benchmarking and Advanced Benchmarking. Any help will be apperitiated.

Hi Rutvik
There is 2 postprocessing Indicator
that is TBI_STD and TBI_LT.
TBI_STD is mostly used for simple through put
and backlog. And TBI_LT is used for leadtime or
through put with range date selection.
If TBI_STD is choosen, based on the detail list,
all the Gourp by field combination is also
memorized additionally based on the selected detail
list data.
And then, depending on the detail list content,
if the data is avaialble, the number is sent to
analytics cube, and if not data is available for
certain date, then 0 value is sent to Analytics
Cube.
If TBI_LT is used, selected document is memorized
to avoid double counting. And newly captured document's
aggregation data is sent to Analytics Cube.
Regarding on the mapping field, if you do not use
aggregated group list, like stnadard FI through put
key figure result, and just showing list of documents,
then you may not need to maintain mapping field
additionally. Just choosing the fill infofeild may
automatically suggest Map Fields.
You can see the standard definition by changing the
project name when you start /SSA/EXM, so 1 of the
idea is refer to the standard and configure in
similar way.
Instead of project id ECU (custom monitor),
by specifing EKP (logicstics) / EKF(Accounting),
you can see the standard configuration.
But plesae do not change stnadard repository
definition.

Hi Rutvik
OK, it seems you are trying a bit advanced custom KPI.
If you want to use value and qty based advanced benchmark, you need to use corresponding Function pool. Then for mapping setting you may see additional target processor like BPM_PP_DETAILLIST_QTY, BPM_PP_DETAILLIST_VAL. Here you need to specify the field for QTY and Value.
Standard KPI Overdue Sales Document Item(SD000303) uses both. So you might better to check its definition. Or other key figure that has value/qty based advanced benchmark enabled.
Best Regards
Keiji
