CSS component of TM for support purpose

Hello ;

Is there a possibility of Software Solution and Technology Partner of SAP having access the CSS Component
of TM for support purposes. If yes, how can this process be initiated ?

Dear Harsh,

You should have SAP Service marketplace login to report the issues to SAP on any SAP product.

Check with your project to get the login, so that you can raise CSS messages.

Search for SAP application components - TM*

Some of them are -

TM-BF : Basic Functions

TM-FWM - Forwarding order Management

TM-FRM - Freight Order Management ....etc

P.S: Before raising any CSS message, check if solution is already available in SAP marketplace.
