End user logon - Reset Password Link

Hi ,

I have an issue with End User Logon page - Reset Password link

Initially , when i clicked on this link , it was asking me to re-login.

So i maintained user id for the service : GRAC_GAF_PWD_SELFSERVICE

(Please see screenshot)

Now , if i provide any User ID and click on Reset Password link , it takes me to Reset Password: Step 1 (Answer Security Questions) screen

but with the User ID maintained in the Service GRAC_GAF_PWD_SELFSERVICE .

It does not consider the user ID which is provided as input.

Please suggest what could be the issue.

Hi Pavan

have you tried entering username and password (based on data source configuration) and then choose log-in. Once you do that choose the link for PSS?

Yes , I tried that . Once the user logs in , he can access the link and password is successfully reset .

The problem is only before the login.

From the logon page password rest link considers the USER ID configured in SICF service.

Hi Pavan

I assume the user needs to login first to trigger the user authentication against the data source. Can you configure the screen to hide the hyperlink for reset?
