Hi Experts,
We have critical issue in the production with messages stuck in SXMB_MONI with Released for Processing(WS) status.
This is SOAP to WS-RM scenario.
When I go to that Queue BGRFC monitor, it shows WSRM Create Failed
SRT_SEQ_SCD_DELIVER_QRFC_NEW_C --- unit has error
SRT_SEQ_SCD_TERMINATE_NEW_C --- unit blocked/locked
I have searched in many blogs but no clue how to solve this. Please Help us to solve this.
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Sunitha
Hi,
Thanks for your replies.
Issue got resolved by refreshing the autogenerated logical port cache.
With this the SOAMANAGER wen service configuration server host and port got also changed to new URL.

Hi Team,
Can any one of you encountered the issue before or let me know how to fix the error.
Scenario is: File to WS Adapter(ECC)
We are trying to send the messages from RWB to WS Receiver adatper.
We are getting two messages one is in success status and other message with status as (Recorded for WS Processing). It was showing as below and not reaching to ECC.

Hi,
Could you please tell me how can I change the server host name(web service configuration - consumer proxy) in SOAMANAGER of PI system?
When I click on edit button it says:
'You cannot make changes to this end point with this interface'
This is generic webservice, created based on profile(Creation type).
Currently in use sever name is decommissioned, but I am not sure whether this is causing the issue.
Still want to do the changes as per the name given in the WSDL URL in PI system.
Could you please tell me from where this server name can be changed?
Regards,
Sunitha

Hi,
Queue SMQ1 and SMQ2 are clear. None of the messages got stuck in the queues.
Till yesterday the messages were processed successfully.
Today It got failed,
I don't know, why the sequence of pipeline steps are different in both the messages.
And I have compared both success and scheduled message input payloads, Both looks alike.

Hi Sunita,
From the Error message it looks like some issue with the incoming Data
Can you Check/debug it in SPROXY with the payload you are getting.
Please check the following:
1. Queues are Registered
2. Filter out the Error messages (Red/Failed) in SXMB_MONI
3. You need to analyze the error message and take action accordingly..if its Data issue Restart will not help
4. Either Cancel or Restart those messages based on your analysis to clear the Queue
