How positive value is coming

Dear Experts

Here sales incoming order value is 0, and sales value is 0 , But how credit  memo value is coming with Money value

i have checked in MCTA

Dear Amith,

As per your screen shot , sales is showing "0" and credit memo is showing '2251.76 usd .

this is happen because of incoming returns , check the below screen shot .

In MCTA you executed as per the current year , kindly check the previous year sales also sometimes returns will show in current year period.
