Show search help icon in Table UI element

Hello friends,

I am wondering if there is any way to display the search help icon in a table column without floating your mouse pointer over it.

I am floating my mouse pointer over the first line, and therefore I can see the Search help Icon on the right side of the input field(which is the table column cell editor). The rest of the lines do not show the search help icon.

This is a nice feature, but I need to display the search help icon always, for all lines, without moving my mouse pointer over it.

Does anyone have any ideas?

i don't know how to achive it but i found the same functionality  in TM master data cokpit
