Hi,

I am working on Net weaver gateway 7.4 & ECC6 ehp6 and using the Launchpad instead of launchpage.

I am getting the following error while executing and referring other threads related to the issue, have cross checked the SAP notes and components recommended by SAP.

"No service found for namespace , name gbapp_poapproval, version 0001".

Actually I am not getting service GBAPP_POAPPROVAL in Tcode /iwfnd/maint_service.

Please find the screenshot of the error on frontend.

Please Help.

Thanks

A J

You have to activate the service GBAPP_POAPPROVAL.

Look at Step 3 here to find out how to activate.

Hi Ankit,

Let's check basics.

Have you installed backend OData component and configured gateway system alias to the backed?

Ankit, you can get service in /IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE only when its added. Click on Add services and give your system alias as backend and click on Get service or press enter. You should get this service below.

If you are not getting this service. Please check whether your system alias setup is fine.

Provide a snapshot of your system alias config screen.

Goto spro -> Connection settings -> sap gw to backend - > Maintain system alias

Dear Masa/Tejas,

While checking service in the Gateway Tcode /iwfnd/maint_service -> ZGBAPP_POAPPROVAL -> Gateway client -> Add URI Option -> metadata, it has given an error in the screen shot and all the relevant ICF nodes in tx SICF are active.

Please suggest.

Hi Ankit,

Please remove checks from local gw and local app for ALIAS_DEFAULT. Not required.

Is your architecture embedded or central hub ?

Hi Tejas,

Two different instances are been used.

If I am not wrong, for DEFAULT version requires Local GW and for Local App.

Apart from this any other thing that could be missing, actually I am not getting the root cause of the problem.

Thanks

Hi Ankit,

Please post your /IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE screen shot, (filter with *GBAPP*).

I hope it's version issue.

Thanks,
