Hi,Kim ,our SAP expert ,
May I ask you another question
If I am having 2 vendors for one of my raw material which I procure.
I want in coming inspection to happen for the sample procedure for 1 vendor is DMR inspection, the other vendor is total inspection ,
Could you tell me how can I do?
Thank you !
Yes. You can.
You have to define two inspection plans for a material.
Then you can assign each vendor code to inspection plan header.
For example...
1) You create an insp. plan for a material and add another insp. plan for same material.
One is group 5001, groupcounter 1 for DMR inspection and the other is group 5001, groupcounter 2 for total inspection.
Save it.
2) Now access the inspection plan again and move to header of any inspection plan.
3) Click the material assignment button.
You can make relationship for groupcounter and vendor.
Groupcounter 1 for vendor A, 2 for vender B, and 1 for others (blank on vendor field).

Hi, Kim
May I ask you the question again,
If I am having 2 vendors for one of my raw material which I procure.
I want in coming inspection to happen for the sample procedure for 1 vendor is DMR inspection skip , the other vendor is normal DMR inspection,
Can I create a QDL1 to get it?
Could you tell me how can I do?
Thank you !
Mishuang Zhao
Exactly.
If you set the 'insp. lot level' & 'vendor' for modification in insp. plan header, every vendors have their level change history.
And you can define a next insp. level for next insp. lot (initial lot included) using transaction QDL#.
I think that you try to define one insp. plan for a material. It could be alternative solution.
Let me know if you meet any problem.
Regards
Dear Zhao Mishuang
I forgot one thing.
If you have another question, please write new thread.
In future it will be helpful to others. 😉
