Hello,
I would like to implement a part of a textprotocoll (Incident) in the Smartform AI_CRM_IM_SHORT_TEXT_LINK_FROM
Why I would like to do it?
When a Key-User create a Incident Message, he get automatic a E-Mail about the Status of this Incident.
In This E-Mail Would like to to implement the textprotocoll ( Apart of it).
It is Easier for the Key-User to understand what happened and he knows directly about the new Status.
He have also the opportunity to click on the Link in the E-Mail.
But How I can implement this?
We use Solution Manager 7.1

Note: In case of error "Entity could not be determined" please see note 1832463 (don´t forget the manual activities).
When using form AI_CRM_IM_FULL_DATA_FORM you can use the customizing of the text types, call SM30: AICV_TEXT_SFORM (View Texts in Smart Forms is displayed) to define the texts contained in the e-mail.
You can currently only define the text types for this smart form.
