ChaRM - Document ID not created after change is approved

Hi,

We are using Solution Manager 7.1 SPS 11 and have configured ChaRM.

While testing we noticed that once the "Request for change" is approved by Change manager, document ID for corresponding "Normal change" is not created. As a result, the change manager is unable to release the change for development.

Only available action is "Reset to Validation"

Would appreciate if you can share your valuable inputs to fix this.

Hello,

1) Perhaps it has something to you with the Project you have assigned to the Request for Change. There in the SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN, Change Management tab page, the verification checks return any problem?

2) Are there any clue in the Request for Change "processing log" screen area?

Hi Daniel,

The verification checks in SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN are fine. I tried changing the project and approval procedure, but that did not help either.

The processing log in the change also does not provide much information.

Any further thoughts?
