SAP MDM Activity Report

Former Member

Hi all,

We are using SAP MDM 7.1 along with SAP SRM.

We maintain the supplier catalogue items in MDM and upload , update and delete the items on a regular basis.

Is it possible to get an activity report for the above activities - e.g 100 items uploaded on Jan 1, 10 items deleted on Jan 15, etc.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Paramesh

Hi Paramesh,

Yes you can acheive this by activating the Change tracking concept in the MDM console.

You can track all the additions, changes and deletions that are done on the repository using this.

Hi Paramesh ,

In the Admin Node you can check for Chnage Tracking table . You can see a list of all the tables on which you can track based on addition, changes and deletion.

PS : SAP does not suggest to activate all fields for all the operations as it performance takes a huge impact . activate only according to your business specification.
