Hi Everyone!
I have and output type defined to send delivery notes by email.
I can't find where or how is defined the distribution list for this documents.
Could you please give me a clue?
It would be very helpful to request to the keyuser to change it.
Thank you
Hi,
well i think regardless if you send per mail or print the distribution list is the same.
just a blind guess the delivery is sent to the consumer.
when you check the delivery output (TCODE vl02n - see screenshot below) for a specific delivery you will find a GPNR listed. That is what is written in Table NAST and based on hat the output is sent.
if you want to get sure check the driverprogramm how it selects the GPNRs. you will find it in TCODE NACE related your output type.

Please let me know if is possible!
Hi,
the log is just additional information. what you see there is an table entry normaly with a GPNR. the email normaly is maintained in this GP.
well as i said it depends on your Script-programm how it selects the email. most likly its 1 of the GP of your delivery.
so check the standard email adresses of your gps in transaction GP with the GP number.
also you can check transaction SOST/SCOTwhat email gets sent when you create the notes again.
you can then search the gps that have this email-adress and if its only 1 change it and test again .
