PI 7.31 AEX - Objects comparison

I wasn't able to find any good material related to this question so I'm creating a new post.

Is there any feasible/possible standard tool or procedure for comparing java objects in two different environments (let's say, DEV and QAS)? Something that might be able to compare CC modules configured, its parameters, or RD content-based routing rules (actually I need it mainly for communication channels).

I'm using PI 7.31AEX SP12.

I have seen and used similar tool in the past for older PI versions (<7.3+). Tool was using Integration Directory APIs via Excel. I assume you know the link below since you're asking for PI 7.31 AEX? I think the tool below does not fully work with PI 7.31 but at least you can perhaps get the code and see how it is done..
